Cancellation Policy
By scheduling your appointment you acknowledge and agree that payment of a session is non-refundable.
I understand that situations arise in which you cannot attend your appointment. It is therefore requested that if you must re-schedule your appointment you provide at least a 24-hour notice prior to the date your session is supposed to take place. This notice must be confirmed by me in writing either via email or SMS.
Rescheduling Your Reading
If an appointment is not rescheduled within this time frame the money paid will be lost with no possibility of a refund or rescheduling of session.
Payment
Due to the popularity of the sessions payment is required 24 hours after booking the session. This payment must be made to the indicated bank account. Failure of payment after the designated 24 hours will result in the session being offered to someone else.
Late Arrivals
Lateness to a session will result in the session being shortened by the length of time by which you were late albeit the full fee will be charged.
What’s Included in The Price
The price of the session includes: my preparation for the session, the reading and/or healing during 90min session, as well as time to prepare and send the materials indicated by the Teachers and Masters to the client following the session.
However, the fee paid does not include the recording of the session.
Recording of Reading
I will attempt to provide you with a recording of your session however, we are not responsible for any malfunction or loss of recording that can result due to the high frequencies used in the session.
If you want to guarantee a record of what was said during the session, we advise that you make written notes.
Recorded Reading session will only be available for you for 72 hours after the session.
Age
Sessions are most suitable for individuals aged 18 or over. However, sessions for individuals aged 16-18 can be conducted only with a parent present during the reading.
Children under the age of 16 cannot receive a direct reading although a parent may receive a reading on behalf of a child
Information Regarding Your Soul Reading Session
Your Session is based on the questions that you ask.
After the payment has been successfully secured you will receive a sample of questions which will help you create your own individual questions.
I will call you at the time the session has been arranged.
Offered sessions times are either 30, 60 or 75 minutes (depends of the type of the session).
Sessions can be held via the following video communications: Zoom, Skype, Facebook messenger or WhatsApp.
During the session I am only channelling information from the client’s Masters and Teachers. I do not take responsibility for the information provided.
The client is fully responsible for the information and results received during the reading.
The results/effects after the reading may vary depending on the precision of “homework” completed by an individual as indicated by the Masters and Teachers as well as on the openness of the person during the reading.
